Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Bike (93 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (46 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (46 minutes), yoga.
Friday: Run (77 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (155 minutes).
Sunday: Swim (77 minutes), bowling!
