March 15: St. Patrick's Day 8K (57:09).
April 26: Worldgate Super Sprint Triathlon (1:37:13.5 -- new PR!).
May 17: Columbia Triathlon (3:55:51).
May 30: ZOOMA Annapolis 10K (registered).
June 20: Run Amuck (4-miler, registered).
Aug. 4-5: Tour de Pain in Jacksonville.
Aug. 15: Runstock (5K, registered).
September 2009: NOLA Rebirth 5K.
Oct. 25: Marine Corps Marathon (registered).
Nov. 21: Marine Corps Turkey Trot 5K (registered).
