Monday: Rest day!
Tuesday: Run (3 miles), weights.
Wednesday: Run (5 miles).
Thursday: Run (3 miles), short bike (85 minutes with hill work), weights.
Friday: Swim (70 minutes).
Saturday: Run (9 miles).
Sunday: Long bike (141 minutes).

Wednesday: Rest day!
Thursday: Run (5 miles), short bike (56 minutes with hill work), weights.
Friday: Run (3 miles).
Saturday: Run (8 miles).
Sunday: Long bike (93 minutes).

Things to Do This Summer.

1. More hill work on the bike and the run.

2. Plenty of open-water swim practice.

3. More brick practices.

4. More nutrition tweaking.

June 17: Tri-to-Win Triathlon (finished, 2:16:58).
Aug. 19: RYKA Iron Girl Triathlon (registered).
Oct. 28: Marine Corps Marathon (registered).
Nov. 17: Marine Corps Turkey Trot (registered).
December: Jingle Bell Run ... somewhere (uh, not registered yet). :)
