Game On!

So, today, nearly two weeks after The Cramp, one week after The Broken Toe, and six days after The Cold, I hopped back on the horse. And the horse didn't buck me off.

Maybe this training thing will be OK again after all.

I ran for 30 minutes instead of my scheduled 38 minutes, but that's OK. I felt good afterward -- albeit more winded than I usually do after a half-hour run -- and I'm ready to roll for tomorrow's training. Since I have the day off, a long ride will be in my future -- and then I'll dance all night at the Panic show. The first of TWO Panic shows this weekend. I'm so glad my cold has departed so I can party in style.

Anyway, I just had to register that I am back on the wagon. And just in time -- I have my first 10K next weekend! I hope I make it through. :)
